Hikvision DS-2CD2155FWD-IS 2.8mm 5MP Dome Camera 3-axis IP67 H.265 PoE IP Camera

I have two Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I which have been amazing cameras. They have handled extreme cold and heat year after year and has an excellent picture. I purchased this one as a 3rd camera to use with my generic NVR. Out of the box the ONVIF needs to be manually enabled if you want it to be auto-detected by your ONVIF NVR. The daytime picture looks great but the night is a bit washed out compared to my older models. I did make sure the lens and cover were clean.My biggest complaint so far is that when you setup NTP, the config always resets back to default after about 10 to 20 minutes. I have read online other Hikvision cameras have the same issue where it'll sync NTP but then reset itself to default if connected to a NVR. The issue is since I had my timezone GMT offset on the camera itself, when the NTP config would reset itself, it would be off by -7 hours. So as a work around, I have GMT set to London -0 so when I sync NTP, it'll be off by 7 hours at first, but after 10 minutes when it resets itself, it'll be close to the correct time. Since I use date/time on the on-screen display, my two other cameras are synced to the exact second where this one drifts about 45+ seconds when the config resets. I haven't found a way around it and my end up returning it to get one of the older models I know works well. If you don't use NTP, overall this is a quality camera.

Mine was not an authentic US Hikvision cameras. You will get no support from Hikvision. Furthermore the first firmware update will take the firmware updating option off of the camera and you will not be able to update the camera again.DO NOT BUY unless you are ok with this fact.
