It's generally a good kettlebell, with the correct shape and size to do pretty much any conventional kettlebell exercises. The only real negative is the adjustment mechanism. It's hard to get in and get a sufficient grip on the adjustment handle to turn it. The motion isn't smooth, and it's not always clear when it's locked in. However, it does work, but at that price I expected it to be a bit more "polished" in this regard.

I don't know for sure but I assume this is literally the same kettlebell that Rep fitness is selling. It looks like a kettlebell and feels like a kettlebell when you hold it. It's easy to adjust. The plates do rattle a little bit inside there when you're swinging it, so it's probably best to swing it in a safe direction just in case one should come free, but I don't believe that's been a major cause of concern from what I understand based on the reviews of the rep kettlebell. The only thing I would change if I could is get the higher weight increment that Rep sells but otherwise this is great and I love it.
