I wanted an insulated tumbler for a trip to a hot destination. The tumbler kept my icy drinks cold. The lid sealed tight with no leaking. I liked the included metal straw with the soft silicone tip and the included brush for cleaning the straw. The straw fits into a perfectly-sized hole in the lid, so it does not create an issue with a change in temperature for the beverage. It was perfect for use with a straw. It also has a plug to seal the straw hole built-in. For sipping, there is a hole that is exposed by a flap that lifts up. I did not use it this way because I was using a straw. I am conditioned to use YETI mugs with my coffee, and I tried the YETI mug lid in this Arctic tumbler and it fits! I am sure I could adjust to sipping coffee from the lid they provided, but I am a creature of habit. Also, I really liked the gently-tapered shape of the tumbler itself. It made the tumbler easy to grab and hold onto. I am pleased with this purchase!

The Artic Tumbler is fantastic. I was amazed how I put a cup of ice in it and left it in the refrigerator for two days.Half a cup remained unmelted. I'm so happy I didn't buy the other expensive company Tumbler.

I am in process of returning this item even though I loved it. Did not like the area of where you take a drink. Was higher than my old tumbler. Also not thrilled with having straw in the middle of the cup. Guess I am getting pickier in my old age (74). I loved the size, the color was truly pretty and it really kept my drink cold. Still had ice by. 7 in the am! If you’re not picky like me then you will love this tumbler!!

This product works ok. It is a quality built product but does not seem to keep liquids as cold or hot as some other products I've used.

These tumblers don't keep beverages as cold as expected. The lids are not top rack dishwasher safe. Also they don't keep beverages hot for long. They are worthless for what you pay for them!
