I can't vouch for the waterproofing yet but I can say that the different modes are really convenient, the brightest light gets very bright, and the magnet is awesome. I didn't realize it came with that so it was a bonus!

This is a cool light
It’s very bright, haven’t tried it in the cooler yet. I plan on getting another to keep on my motorcycle, make a good emergency light especially the flashing mode

Very bright
It works great , very bright and easy to use , it definitely lights up inside the ice chest, I put it in the ice chest for a very long time and it staid on the whole time , no issues by been inside the iced water for a long time

Smaller than expected was expected a can sized light. But it’s very very bright Has a strong magnet to use not just in a coolerHas an annoying little blinking blue light that tells you battery level even when full charged .

The waterproof cooler light by SOWKT is well made and just as described. What caught my eye was the cooler application that I can assure you will be put to good use at our next party. Apart from the festive look, it will also help our guests identify the beverages, especially when the cooler is located in a poorly lit area of our yard or deck.The light is recharged via a mini-USB (not the now more common USB-c), and the included charging cord plugs at the magnet end of the light under a screw-on cover with an o-ring to keep it waterproof. The magnet is strong and will easily and securely hold the lamp on a metal ferrous surface.The other end of the light has the power/selection switch. Easy to locate and operates with a satisfying click. The switch is covered by a rubber membrane to keep it waterproof. As described, the light will operate at a dim white light, full power white light, constant red, flashing red, and flashing S.O.S. morse code, for when the cooler is empty! ;)I look forward to using it at our next event. And BTW... I think it would make a great gift too!
