As this was a new item with no feedback I hesitated before buying the machine. However the Steepletone feedback was good so I went ahead and bought it.I am very pleased, it does so many things and does them all well.It plays records.Cassette tapes.DAB and FM radio.Works as a Bluetooth speaker.Plays from SD cards and USB keys.It also records to SD and USB.It looks very smart and the wooden box design gives a nice tone. (Steepletone perhaps :))I can also use my external speakers but the internal speakers are finefor my living room.Would recommend to anybody thinking of buying the device.UPDATE.I still love this machine but the right hand speaker has stopped working on all formats.Unfortunately to get it repaired under warranty you have to send it back to the companiesinvolved. As this would cost £30 and leave me without the technology for weeks I've not sentit back and have my fingers crossed that other speaker channel doesn't die and makethe whole machine useless. :(

Wow, this item is everything I hoped it would be. All functions work great and the sound quality is surprisingly good but I like the fact I can add external speakers if I want. the overall look and feel of the product are lovely, it's been well made from quality materials. I can't get over the price you get a lot for your money. The instructions are clear and understandable and you have the choice to register your product with Steepletone for a year guarantee for free. I'.m so happy with this purchase.

Have now got this replacement as last one was faulty. Waited awhile before reordering as not sure if I wanted another. Also worried that this one would be faulty as well. It is alright. Sound quality on Records not quite as good as would have wanted, also on cassette but adequate. Looks good and goes with our Furniture.

Cd, record and blu tooth all work fine and the sound is pretty good.However the radio connection doesn't work and it's impossible to find a new aerial for it.

Although this is a good looking piece of equipment its reliability is questionable. LP's played just fine but the CD player is awful. Tried 10 different CD's and everyone skipped during playing. Some of the CD's were brand new but still skipped.Disappointed in the quality and returned to Amazon for a refund.

Simply love it. Easy to set up. Looks beautiful. Excellent sound too. Well worth the money In fact worth more. Well made. As hubby said beautiful little thing. I'm delighted with this purchase.

Looks very nice, just as pictures, sound quality ok but very tinny and is not easy to adjust.Radio easy to set up and receives well. Bought to listen to old records so good for purpose would not useto listen to good quality cds or records

I recently upgraded my systems in the lounge and lost my capability to play vinyl records and sound cassettes.As I am of a senior generation I still have quite a lot of music on vinyl and cassette. I bought this item for my study room, which is an adequate replacement for these functions with the bonus of additional CD player, DAB radio and capability of playing Spotify via bluetooth. Some of the functions are a bit basic, which you would expect for the price, and the sound quality fluctuates from excellent (DAB radio) to acceptable (CD which skips occasionally).Everything works though I haven't needed to use the USB port or the SD card slot yet. All-in-all I am very pleased that I bought it, and it looks good on top of a wooden bookcase in my study.
