Q: I have an ugly looking ball, once brilliant turquioise now a mess, only a few months later. Does anyone have experience with customer service.

No. But I have the exact same problem!!!!

Q: Why did the blue color of my ball fade away in less than 3 months ?

Sunlight made mine fade (on the side facing the sun).

Q: does anyone know if this is a navy or a turquoise color?

It was a light blue, not navy. However, the color is just a plastic coating that wears off over time. So mine is mostly silver now. I will write a review with a photo.

Q: My finish is peeling off in less than a year how do I fix?

Mine did same/ mine look terrible / will never buy again / I finally bought glass / by the nothing sticks to the steel ones so I quit.
