I followed the measurements and ordered a size L. At first it felt like it fit well, but after wearing it to the gym I noticed I had to keep pulling up the sleeve throughout my workout. It kept slipping and bunching down after several mobility exercises. I contacted their customer service and let them know my concerns and they're sending me another size. Can't express enough how great their customer service is.

these are great in support & softness ~ they stay in place all day ~ but run a little short for tall men. My husband is 6' 1" and weights 200 lbs but these fit midway above the knee and midway up the thigh muscle.

I bought this for me but my legs are muscular and the recommended size is too small. I gift it to my better half and he enjoys very much. Fits good on him

I've only worn this a few times a week over the past couple of months and the black threading has already come off which effectively makes this useless. The build quality on these legs these are unsatisfactory and there is absolutely ZERO customer service. They take forever to respond to emails and tell you to just contact Amazon if you have an issue.They do not stand by their product at all. Avoid Neenca products at all costs unless you like burning money.

I tried on this leg sleeve and it definitely gives the compression and comfort that I was looking for. My only issue is that the material at the adhesive material does not hold the sleeve in place at the top. It rolled automatically once I got it pass my knee and I went with a larger size than recommended.

My wife purchased this brace and here is what she had to say I have a lot of trouble with my knee after a fall it also just so happens to be on my leg where I have muscle, nerve and tissue damage to the back of just behind the knee and up my thigh from a dog bite. I tried wraps and other braces but they didn't stay on and would bunch or be painful to the back of my leg which is very sensitive to pressure of any kind, but I found this brace and after reading the info and reviews thought I would give it a try, as soon as I put it on I could feel it was different it has a nice band at the top to keep it in place and it comes up far enough not to put a lot of pressure on the sensitive part of my leg. The first time I walked I immediately could feel a difference in my leg and knee it wasn't painful to walk at all, the day before I barely was getting around. Even with walking and sitting the brace stayed in place and I wasn't in constant pain. The padding around the knee is very comfortable and I could still easily get my leggings on over it. I highly recommend trying this brace.

I ordered this because it came up in a search for medical grade compression sleeves, and the product copy mentioned medical uses, specifically pain. I will say it provides very uniform compression and doesn't bunch up, but it simply doesn't provide strong enough compression to deal with the pain I'm experiencing. I ended up going back to what I was wearing before, as I experienced a regression while wearing this sleeve. Wouldn't recommend for medical purposes.

This brace has been great since day one. I did end up contacting customer service for a question and they responded promptly and were very helpful and accommodating. The item itself helps me when I need a little support with my hip or knee. I have osteoarthritis in my hip from a old injury and this really helps, especially if I wear it at night (but is great wearing during the day too). I take it on all vacations for the car rides, extensive walking. i just love the product. I would definately buy again from this seller too.,

I love this knee brace. It's very comfortable, and I feel that my knee is well-supported when I'm walking. I've tried other braces through the years, but most of them slip, or dig into your skin, or just don't work. This one does. Recommended!

Ich habe linksseitig eine diagnostizierte Patella bi-partita, die mir seit einem Unfall immer mal wieder Probleme bereitet. Habe mir die Bandage bestellt, da ich eine günstige Alternative zur Bauernfeind-Bandage suchte. Die Bandage ist angenehm zu tragen und liegt auch nicht unangenehm auf dem Knie auf. Leider rollt sich der Gummibund auf. Bin ansonsten damit sehr zufrieden, meine Kniescheibe bleibt dort, wo sie hingehört
