Build quality is great. It is sturdy and heavy-duty. It won't slip in tiles and granites because of heavy weight. Very comfortable even for fatty people.

Amazon handling issues.
Overall, the chair is sturdy, durable, and offers a premium feel. However, Amazon’s handling was disappointing-there were multiple scratches and bends on arrival. Additionally, the finishing of the chair could be much better. Avro should definitely work on improving the overall build quality and finish.I have shared the pictures.You can see that one chair has bend and another does not.Plus,there are finishing issues and scratches.Considering the price paid,I am okay with the finishing issues but not with the handling issues.
