We had one of these for decades. I don't even remember where we got it. When it broke, the whole family groaned! Was able to get the exact same thing on Amazon. It keeps butter neat, is easy to use and spreads butter very evenly on the corn cob. And the kids are happy!

For a couple bucks, it's just fine because it's so easy to use and cheap & easy to replace. Just be careful not to drop it. (But "just be careful" is not one of my better traits.) And yes, I'll continue to replace it.

It works exactly like you want it to and it's built well and cleans easy. If you make a fair amount of corn on the cob this is the device for you.

I think this would work well for corn on the cob but it wasn't so great for buttering pans. It's hard to get in the corners and to the edges, and no good for muffin pans. Also it's a little tricky to get the butter in the gadget without a mess. A good concept but needs some tweaking.

I bought this because the description said the product was dishwasher safe. Before even using its, I ran it though the dishwasher and the cover literally melted. False advertising.

It’s very small in length. You need to cut the butter stick for it to fit nicely.

It is not as advertised. not worth the money.
