In the past I’ve gone through humidifiers quickly since we have a very dry house. I have to say I’m absolutely over the moon with this product. It’s incredibly easy to add water since you don’t have to take it apart or to the bathroom to fill it up so it won’t leak. It’s super quiet to run and when it’s on sleep mode you don’t even remember that you have it on. Humidifiers in the past have damaged tables that they’ve sat on with the mist but the mist free method allows me to not have to worry about it damaging things around the house. The only downside is that the fill bar is hard to see while filling it up. I usually am using a flashlight to make the water level easier to see. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall ease of use. I would definitely be recommending this product to others.

Love this humidifier/air purifier! It is easy to use and really does the job. I especially love the added benefit of using essential oils. It is very quiet, easy to clean, and overall the best humidifier I've owned. You won't be sorry in getting this product!

works so good, i ordered a 2th one., (2th) one fan is makeing a noise. it is not bad, but does make a sound, not suppose to do this, (question?)should i return it for a replacement sense the fan is damage? up date November(9) 2023, still might not be working correctly., up date. not working correctly, Up date.. works well, even the one i thought did not work right, so i have ordered another one for my house too.

Just got this today. Unboxed it and read the user manual and quick start guide (QSG). Both are inadequate, to say the least. QSGs, and especially user manuals, should contain everything the buyer needs to know to operate the unit. This unit's documentation does NOT. Simple stuff, like: they make a big deal about telling you to fill the unit from the inner vent ring. Fine. But neither the manual nor the QSG tells the user to ever remove the plastic sticker covering said inner vent ring. There is a plastic donut with beads in it that is apparently some sort of filter, although it is never identified in the documentation. Also the thing called the aroma box is under-explained. When you first look at the unit there is a round thing on top that is labelled ON <===> OFF. First impression: this is a switch? Nope, it is the aroma box FWIW. I'm hoping this unit will do a better job of humidifying than their documentation does of explaining the thing.EDIT: Have been using the unit for a week or so, it works well, and is very quiet in operation. Humidity reading cross checks well with another (calibrated) meter I have. My only beef at this point: Why is the fill level window on the back side of the machine (opposite side compared to the controls and LED readout)? There is a key and keyway on the top and bottom halves of the unit that enforce assembly such that the fill window is on the back side. Kind of a pain to have to move the machine to check the fill level.Update re: the keyway that enforces the water level sight gauge being on the OPPOSITE side of the unit from the LED readouts and buttons. Victory is mine! I got out a small sharp side cutter and carefully cut away the "key" on the bottom edge of the top half of the unit. Now the top unit will fit in any rotational orientation with the bottom, and I now have the sight glass on the front with the LED stuff -- WHERE IT SHOULD BE. You could do the same with a file, just make sure the plastic 'crumbs' go in the waste basket, and not the unit.Last update, I promise. I have finished modding the unit: the sight glass is now on the front side (where it SHOULD be) and I have added internal LED lighting so you can read the sight glass without getting out a flashlight. I added a photo. On the downside, the humidity control has taken to goofing off. I'll set it for one of the humidity ranges (45%), and it will go ahead and humidify until it gets within the desired range, then it stops. So far so good, but... it then seems to lock the humidity display to the within range value being displayed, and then NEVER update it. And never start humidifying again. I have to shut it down, then restart it and reset the humidity value. It will then humidify properly until it gets the humidity within the target range, then it goes to sleep again. I have a couple of other humidity meters in the room to try to keep this one "honest". It is a pain that it cannot be trusted to work right.

I LOVED this humidifier until it gave up on me. After using nightly for 4 months, it just won't turn on. The company offers a one year warranty but I can't find any way to contact them. I want to buy another one but I don't think it's worth the price if it has to be replaced every 4 months.

Just as advertised. Looks great in my son’s room, huge compartment to fit water so it doesn’t turn out through the night and quiet. Happy with my purchase!

I am extremely disappointed in this product. It was a top rated humidifier, but does not help at all. I made this purchase because I have severe congestion and dry throat and have trouble breathing at night. Having this humidifier for the last few weeks has made absolutely no difference in my breathing and it was a complete waste of $120.

Compared with ultrasonic humidifiers, mist-free humidification is safer. It's compact, easy to add water, and doesn't make much noise. Very good product.
