Excellent, worth the money if you’re looking for ‘smooth’
Ok, so I’ve had so many types of hairdryer feels like I’ve tried everything, and this is definitely the best I’ve had- for my hair anyway.I have thick wavy/curly hair which is also bleached/greying and damaged, so a smoothing brush is obviously what I need.I’ve had a revlon (pink) for 18 months which I was pleased with, and a third of the cost of course. That went up in smoke last week so I gave the Shark a try. Bought another Revlon too in the hope that the difference would be negligible but I must admit the Shark is worth it. Yes it’s a little bit heavier, but I dried my hair on a much much cooler setting than with the Revlon and my hair is so smooth I can’t stop touching it, and with a lovely wave using the plates, rather than sizzling it with the GHDs which I normally have to do after drying. If I had to give a criticism I do prefer having the brush element all the way around the revlon and it gives a good grip, however my bushy hair is definitely more bushy after the Revlon. If you have thin hair you may prefer the Revlon. It’s perhaps worth saying that in the past I had a Dyson airwrap but this just made it bushier and frizzier, with a vague wave, so I sent it back (all credit to Dyson they were great) and I thought that it was probably 30% better than my hot brush but sixteen times the price, this Shark is twice as good for three times the price of the Revlon- still keeping it though!

Super polished hair!
After reading the reviews I decided to go for it! I have another hairdryer brush from revlon, this does get too hot, it’s very heavy and loud.I decided to purchase this shark as an upgrade for the brush I have. Firstly I don’t find it heavy at all, and the cord is more than long enough. Everyone has their own capabilities so it could be heavy for some. I have neck and shoulder issues and found it fine.It worked well on my towel dried hair. My hair looks very polished, and neat. It’s like I went for a blow dry at the hairdressers. It also gave my fine hair volume without me using my volume sprays. I will say for those like me that pop the drier between their legs whilst getting another bit of hair ready, I found I’d accidentally turned on the heating plates. I feel maybe a sound for this being turned on would be great! All round I’m very pleased with my purchase! It does two jobs at once so I save time!

I'm having better hair days!
I can't believe how great this product is! Being a long-time user of similar hair tools, I must say this one exceeds all my expectations. It's incredibly easy to use and takes all the fuss out of tidying and smoothing hair. Even my friends have commented on how much my look has improved since I started using it. It's given my hair a sleeker and more elegant approach while still working with the natural waves in my hair, rather than trying to get rid of them. The best part is that it provides more volume, making my hair feel bouncy and alive. I love how you can dry and smooth your hair with ease using this product; the convenience and time it saves me is unmatched. Overall, this product has been a great buy and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, easy and effective hair styling solution.

Brush which does it all
The shark heated smoothing brush does everything it promises, dries quickly and smooths without damaging hair. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I find it very heavy, and hard to style the whole dead from wet because of the weight of it. I get round this by almost drying it before using the brush to finish styling and then smooth it. I find it much easier to get a smooth finish with the Shark, as I find straighteners very hard to manage.

Wow
I bought this product as I struggle using a hair dryer and brush at the same time due to shoulder pain, and to save time drying then straightening my hair. All I can say is wow, I wish I had this years ago it has done a fantastic job on my hair, my just washed hair was dry and straight in five minutes, I have shoulder length hair and it is quite fine so will obviously take longer on people with longer thicker hair. It is a little heavy but it is easy to use, cannot compare to similar items as this is the first time I have tried one.My hair dryer n straighteners are now no longer needed 🙂

I LOVE this hairdryer, best I have ever had, and no need for separate hot brush
I have a cupboard full of hair stylers, ever in search of the best one. I loved my Revamp styler dryer, - until I bought this.My hair is incredibly find and poker straight. I wear it in a bob, but getting those ends to go under an STAY under is such a challenge - or it was before I bought thisThe price was a little eyewatering and it is heavier than any styler I have tried before. I have Fibromyalgia so weight it a big consideration, but I won't be parting with this dryer/styler.Because of my fine straight hair, just a styler dryer has never been sufficient and the style never lasted more than a few hours, the fact that this switches to a hot brush is a genius idea, it heats up very quickly, and leaves my hair looking salon styled. furthermore the style lasts all day without dropping out, and even looks satisfactory for the next day, which has never happened before. The pink pic shows my hair styled with my previous styler/dryer. The blue pic shows my hair styled with the Shark

disappointed.
i had high hopes for this hairdryer but felt after using it quite disappointed.First of all it is quite heavy and awkward to use and it took ages to dry my hair even after using my other hairdryer first so that my hair was about 70% dry.I do have thick mid length hair but after my third use i was still disappointed with the results and even after using the dry mode my hair was not smooth and still a bit frizzy, i achieved better longer lasting results with my old dryer and my flat iron.I feel that this product is over priced for what it is and is probably better suited to shorter hair styles that are not to thick in texture, i think this hairdryer will end up in the bottom of my draw.,
