In terms of value, this is on the upper end of midrange. There are a lot more inexpensive options but there are also some that are much more expensive. The quality on these is nice: I hand washed them, flipping between hot and cold water to see if there was any dye bleeding and there was not.They do feel cooler to the touch than average pillowcase material, barring any silk or satin/sateen ones people use from preference or to protect their hairstyles. I do think these would potentially be good for curly haired people trying to protect their hair if they didn't like the super slippery feel of silk/satin/sateen. There is a lot less friction than with cotton or poly blends.The color IS really nice. I got the dark blue king size.I'm wobbling between a three and four star. I think these should probably be priced a few dollars cheaper to cement the four stars, but they do feel really nice, seem colorfast, and I haven't seen any questionable seams.A quick (downer) note though about sustainability: "bamboo" is a semi-synthetic fabric also known as viscose, or rayon. Instead of using silk fiber it uses tree fibers, which IS pretty cool. But unfortunately, due to fast fashion and other pressures, this is actually a highly polluting fabric due to how it is made. The fabric is treated with a lot of chemicals that pollute the workers and environment. And, oddly, even though fast growing trees like bamboo or pine are used, a lot of deforestation is occurring in order to plant material to feed the "fast fashion" bamboo/viscose mills.I fully get having to be budget conscious in ways that aren't great for our environments, but I'm also not keen on companies emphasizing "nature" as a way to sell at a higher dollar point, when the consumer has a lot of options. Most of those options may be bad for the environment, but I guess it feels more honest?I'll go ahead and give this four stars though. I may hate the game but I don't hate the player. I do think they should probably lower their price to $16 to cement four stars, and something in the $12 range would likely make it guaranteed five stars from everyone.

I purchased the standard size pillow cases in the color gray. The gray is very light, it’s a nice grey. And the standard size fit my pillow perfectly. They are so soft and comfortable to sleep on. They stay cool throughout the night. They did shrink a little bit after I washed them, but they still fit my pillows perfectly. I’ve washed them several times now and they still look and feel like good quality, no sign of early wear. If they do start to show signs of early wear I will update my review. I expect these to last a long time though, considering the price.

We have only a single silk pillowcase so I thought I would give these a try instead of more silk cases. It is well made and has a very soft and smooth finish. It fits standard pillows perfectly, and I appreciate the closure design with the extra flap that keeps it on your pillow.It is not quite as cooling as the silk pillowcase that we have, but it is cooler than all of my other pillowcases. Both my husband and I enjoy sleeping on these pillowcases, so we are quite pleased with them.

I use these to change out and use with my current cotton and cotton/poly/silk sheet sets. They are softer on skin than any of these other fabrics, and the stated 600 thread count is lovely. This dark color is just beautiful and has not faded with use or washing. They are just SO COMFORTABLE, and breathable. They are soft, yet without that slippery feel of satin.We do need to be aware of the environmental impact of rayon from bamboo production, and work toward a future where this will be an efficient process. I see that this manufacturer makes most of its sheets from cotton. This is a compromise in the present - these bamboo pillowcases used along with cotton sheets make a wonderful sleep solution.

The pillow cases arrived in a nice plastic pouch to keep them clean and wrinkle-free. I love the color, vibrant and accurate match as portrayed when ordering.They are a very soft and smooth material. I immediately washed and dried both pillow cases to test for shrinkage and there was none. They are just as soft as when removed from the package after machine wash, cold cycle, ansd low tumble dry.They feel good at night, does not slide or slip off the pillow during sleeping. These easily fit standard pillow size and required no struggle to put them on pillows. I highly recommend and would buy again.
