Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 July 2023I bought two of these so I could compare the expensive one to the cheap copy, and guess what - they look and feel identical. There may be a very small difference in dimensions but nothing that would have a great effect on the outcome. Laying on both was equally uncomfortable to start, but you get used to it after a few days. I don't think it is a magic solution and to be honest if you are like me you will probably quit using it after a couple of weeks anyway, so why waste your money on the "heavily marketed one" and just go for this cheaper version instead. The product is the same, you are just not paying towards the company's high advertising costs.
