Yes. According to the packaging.

Q: Is the silicone center removable so I can fit wider straws for bubble tea?

The silicon gasket can be removed. I don’t know if the resulting hole is large enough for a bubble tea straw (I don’t have one to check).

Q: Can I use my stick blender to mix smoothies right in this cup?

I would not as it will likely damage the interior, but your discretion.
