***UPDATE 01/16/2020***As promised, the seller sent another bag of the shredded foam to me. I was able to put enough of the stuffing into the pillows to substantially increase the loft. The pillows are now nice and thick and provide great support for a side-sleeper (me). I'm now very happy with these pillows. As I noted in the original review the quality is outstanding so that was never an issue.Exceptional customer service has turned this from a "meh" purchase to one I'm very happy I made.That's the way it's done.***UPDATE 01/11/2020***Updating the review to 4-Stars. I haven't changed my mind on the pillows, but the response from the company's customer service person to my complaint about the pillows has been nothing short of outstanding.The seller has done, or has promised to do, everything within their power to ensure my satisfaction with these pillows. In addition to what they've done thus far they've also promised to send additional foam to bulk up the pillows though I haven't received it yet.Once I receive the additional foam I'll update this review again. If my experience is any indication they WILL go out of their way to solve your problem.____***Below is the original 3-Star review***For the money this pillow is acceptable. That's only because I got it on a "Lightning Deal" at a substantially discounted sale price. There's no way this pillow is worth the regular price, in my opinion.These pillows come vacuum-packed in a plastic bag and rolled into a cardboard tube. They're about an inch thick before the bag is opened. Mine took a long time to fluff up to full loft...about 12 hours. That's to be expected and not a knock against the pillow. The outer cover is luxuriously soft, looks nice, smells clean and was well constructed. The zipper was nicely sewn in and worked fine on both. These pillows really seem to be made from high-quality materials.I never noticed even the slightest offensive smell from the foam, even right out of the bag.I have no issues at all with the construction or quality of the materials.My issue is with the pillow being advertised as "fully adjustable" for firmness. Both of the pillows I received were stuffed to what I'd consider a medium loft. Neither pillow was anywhere close to being filled with the foam material. As a result, the pillows are relatively thin. I'm a side-sleeper and there's no way these would make for a comfortable night's sleep for me. They're simply too thin. They start out with enough support, but like almost all shredded foam pillows they compress and become thin very quickly. It's a constant battle of shifting and lofting the "fluff" with these pillows to stay comfortable.I'm guessing I'd need to take about 1/3 of the foam out of one pillow and put it in the other to make one comfortable pillow that was thick enough for my liking. So, if you want to adjust a relatively thin pillow to a thinner pillow, no problem. But there's no way to make the relatively thin pillow thicker without more foam...which isn't included.Bottom line...for the price I paid on the "Lightning Deal", they're worth keeping because they are nice. They'll just go in the guest room. But for me, I'll be looking at another brand that's a little thicker. If it's too thick, stuffing can be removed. But you can't add what you don't have.My advice is to look elsewhere if you're looking for a thicker pillow.

UPDATE: MAY 2021I originally received these pillows in August of 2019, & wow... I still love them!!! They are the most comfortable pillows I have ever used. I did eventually remove some of the stuffing & stored it in a gallon sized Ziploc bag. I freaking love this pillow. I have neck issues, reverse cervical curve they call it, so even one night of poor neck support can mess me up for a week. These pillows are so soft, yet so supportive. They are comfortable & reliable & adjustable. I will continue to sing their praise. Do yourself a favor & try these!!!!!!!! As I said in the title, These ARE the pillows you are looking for!!!These pillows far exceeded my expectations. They are shredded memory foam, not a solid piece like those bricks some companies like to call "pillows" . I'm sure those solid memory foam blocks have their place, but I've tried them & could never actually sleep on them.These incredible Wondersleep pillows are like nothing I've ever tried. The combination of well-cut memory foam & polyester fill is like magic. They are squishy, yet somehow supportive & firm. And they are ADJUSTABLE! I've had these pillows for a month & I never removed any filling. I wanted to see what they were like as-is, & my husband & I just adore them. On night one, my hubs said "These are really, really nice pillows", & he has only used his Wondersleep pillow ever since! We used to be multiple pillow stackers, constantly readjusting until we found some modicum of comfort. These pillows make that unnecessary. I still like to have a pillow to hug while I sleep, but my head & neck are always comfortable on these magical pillows.They have not gone lumpy, which has been a problem that reared itself very quickly with other pillows. They are still just as soft, squishy, supportive, & high quality as when I received them.My dad bought a MyPillow a while back & I have felt for myself how weird it got... lumpy & broken apart & a poor excuse for a pillow. I don't know how much those pillows cost off the top of my head, but I know they are pricey, & it's so sad to think people are wasting their money on a horrible pillow when these perfect Wondersleep pillows are available! And you get two of them! A steal! My dad has since purchased a set of Wondersleep pillows & loves them so far!The pillows arrived tightly compressed in two separate tubes. You can see from my photos how well-packed they were. Upon breaking the plastic seal, the pillows began to expand. I let them sit out a while, then I put them in the dryer on low for 20 minutes. I was surprised at how big they got! The photos with the light blue blanket are ones I took just now, after having slept on the pillow for a month. I did not experience any new foam scent & neither did my husband, & he is a sensitive sniffer!I can't believe I have gone so long without these pillows in my life. They are so wonderfully unique, I want to tell everyone to try them.Thanks to the company for making such high-quality, comfortable pillows!

The pillow is a nice size, evenly soft, has a high quality feeling cover, and doesn't have a strong smell. However, I was looking for a more supportive pillow because I am a side sleeper and thought I could add filling if it wasn't supportive enough. This has medium support that gets less supportive as the night goes on and the foam chunks push to the sides of the pillow. I looked for a customer service email or number but could not find anything, so I am hoping they will reach out to send extra filling for the two pillows I bought.

This is a great pillow especially if you are a side sleeper who also wants neck support. Super soft all at the same time not leaving your neck stiff in the morning. I give this pillow 5 stars!

Pillow provided great and comfortable support for the family members I purchased this for. One did state that it was a bit warm on their head, but it was much better support than their feather pillow.Had a tough time registering for the lifetime warranty direct. We are supposed to go through the seller for the warranty apparently.

It says adjustable pillow. Funny fact, there is very little foam to begin with. After a year of use, I'd say these are horrible to use. As per instructions we try to fluff them, every 6 months, but it gets back to its floppy unsupportive form within a week. Thought of buying shredded foam to add to the pillow, but that costs $30+ per pound. I hope the manufacturers are reading this, coz no one wants a substandard pillow!

They are good-a bit firm and not as “bouncy-back” as one would hope with memory foam. But a good pillow for the price point. Fluffs up well in the dryer. Weird smell is minimal and certainly tolerable after the dryer. As they ship out of New Brunswick, it was disappointing to discover they were made in China:(
