Q: Can this pack at least 2 extra large short sleeve dress shirts without crushing/wrinkling the shirts?

I've only used it to pack one long-sleeve dress shirt. It has a rectangular "board" inside that you fold the shirt around. While it helps with wrinkles, I've found that the shirt still needs touched up when I take it out. It's better than nothing, but not near as good as I expected. It does keep the collars nice. If you were going to have a jacket on all day you might be able to get by without ironing the shirt when you take it out.

I use it for a dress shirt or sweater and it's a nice snug fit. I don't think you could squeeze the pants in too; I doubt the designers had that in mind.
