This is a book that will help anyone become a great leader in any profession. I feel more confident in my capabilities of being a good leader and am already seeing the benefits of it with my team.I purchased the product at a discounted price in exchange for my fair and unbiased review. I take reviewing products seriously, as I always read other reviews before purchasing any product myself. I rely on honest reviews heavily when making purchases on Amazon. I would also like to note that I only choose to receive products at a discounted price in exchange for my unbiased review if they are products I was already interested in and thinking of purchasing.

If you want to learn leadership growth, understanding, and potential ~ Read this book now! This book works well when you apply what they have contained in it. 100% improvement after reading this.

This little book is a good read for self awareness, improvement and insights on leadership. The author is quite prolific and the writing style is easy to follow. Worth picking up for a quick read.

The author may know his stuff, but I couldn't get past the typos, grammatical errors, and frequently bloated & convoluted sentence structure in the first chapter...had to stop reading. This book desperately needs a copy editor, or better yet, a professional writer as co-author.I'm glad this was a freebie. I assume the intention was for it to act as a gateway to the author's other books for sale, but for me it has had the opposite effect. I buy a lot of books sight unseen, but anything further from this author will entail generous sampling first to make sure the writing and editing is to a higher standard than this volume.Re: Self Help Book: Influence and Lead! A short book on a good topic. Has good info for such a short book. Very easy to read book.
