Soft, but firm. Appears to be molded from a real female torso as nipples and collarbone can be seen on the pillow. Feels nice to run hands over. If you think this is a joke product, well I agree with you, but the neck support is AMAZING if you put your neck in between the breasts and lay your head on the upper chest portion.

It's okay memory foam, not the greatest. Since arriving it's had a bit of a smell to it, and even washing the outer covering hasn't helped or airing it out. Still has a bit of a stink to it. :(
