Nov 10 another lie - return pick up cancelled / seller / amazon - Hv called customer care now 7 times - twice today - 9 Nov - the return pick up agency nor the seller is in control of Amazon - return pick up and refund stuck for many weeks now -The "screwing nut" for one of the dumbel rods slipped thru in first attempt - the rod and screw sizes do not match - injury averted as 8 kg weights just fell aside incidentally - called Amazon 4 times - both custpmer support and seller are not sensitive to feedback nor taking prompt action - hv asked to wait as some management discussio is going on aspersions tram leader Argha input, also spoke to Susan, Jawad plus one more person - customer support just does not hv decision making or return pick up or seller control- it is an Amazon branded product to top it all - Refund awaited, return pick up awaited, a simple acknowledgement mail on possible injury averted even not acknowledge despite giving on call feedback

this product is just perfect just how it looks in the picture. when i bought it there was only one review so it was a risk for me, but it is worth it. BTW i cant upload pic right now cause iam usin laptop but trust me IT IS GOOD. but some points arepros:-can adjust weights easily and fast-weighs exact-the thing used to fix weights is perfect-can do fullbody workout with just these dumbbells-easy to keep (doesnt take up much place)some small cons:-the black color of the weights start to come off after some days-might be a bit heavy for beginners (5kg is the least you can have in one dumbbell)
