the best strings i’ve ever used—the only ones i’ll ever use!
these are a criminally underrated guitar string; also misunderstood! these strings employ a round-core construction—as opposed to other brands like d’addario, ernie ball, string joy, etc. that use a hex-core. with the round core, there isn’t much for the wrap wire to grip to which means that if they’re installed improperly, they will go dead!!these strings are fantastic. they seem to resonate at a much wider frequency than most other guitar strings. they also are much less “coarse” than the d’addarios and ernie balls that i’ve used and generate much less string noise.they also last forever due to the round-core construction—there are no air gaps between the wrap and core wires for moisture to get into. for coated longevity with uncoated tone, these are unbeatable!as i said, DR strings are absurdly underrated. i highly recommend trying a set if you’re experimenting with strings. they have been a game changer in the tone and feel of my instrument over the past several years. they’re consistent, sound fantastic, and are a smaller company still making strings the *true* old fashioned way.

Best strings for the money!
These strings are fantastic! They feel and sound great and last longer than some of the other top brands out there.

Exceptional guitar strings
These strings are great, especially considering the cost.I purchased a pack at the recommendation of my uncle, who services the owner of DR Strings' personal vehicles in New Jersey. I am glad that I did! They're about the same price as D'Addarios strings of the same gauge and they last just as long, but they sound only slightly different once broken in, and that sound would be enough to merit purchasing more strings in the future. These are a bit mellower, but have more mids than your average pack of D'Addarios, in my opinion.I've used a few packs on my guitars at present, trying them all in various tunings and such, and they are consistent in their strength and tone.I'd definitely buy these again, they are cheap, high quality hand-made strings for electric guitar, and they offer great value.I'd really love a multi-pack, though, like D'Addarios does.

My favorite strings
I love all DR strings. I've used all the other major brands but I like these ones the best because right out of the gate they feel amazing. The tactile feel of the strings are just more pleasant to me. Like when bending the strings. It just feels and sounds great. Not that other strings aren't good, these ones are just nicer. They also retain their sound for longer. Sometimes I don't change the strings on some of my less used guitars for a looong time but they always still retain their luster.

Great strings ! My new favorites !
These DR's are my new favorite strings!! Since the 80's, I've always used another company's strings, and just recently jumped aboard with the DR Time-Fit ! Really impressed with these strings ! I highly recommended trying them out the next time you need strings for your guitar.

Best Strings
I started with D’Addario nickel wound 10 gauge strings 27 years ago, within a couple years I switched to Ernie Ball 10 gauge slinky and used them for 20 years. Then I decided to try 9 gauge slinky, and loved the fact the 9’s were less finger fatigue, but hated the buzzy ness. So I went crazy and bought 5 different brand packs of highly rated nickel plated 9’s. DR tight fit was my favorite. DR have a higher tension to them then most other 9’s , don’t buzz, last twice as long as Ernie Ball, and they play and sound fantastic! I found out also that round core nickel strings don’t cause as much fret damage. I really like that the DR tight fit’s don’t take forever to stretch, and stays in tune! They are a hair stiffer then the other brands. About the only thing can say bad about the DR’s is there is some inconsistencies do to being hand made, mainly I have to do slight adjustments to intonation when I re-string vs Ernie Ball or D’addario. Still DR is my favorite for the last 7-8 years, never had one fail.

Great strings
I was surprised by the quality of a brand I’d never heard of, but the 9’s I ordered are on par with Ernie ball and sounds as good if not slightly better.Very well made, no kinks or lumps.Great strings.

ヘヴィな音
高いだけのことはある。09-42でも音が太い。どんなギターにも合うと思うが個人的にはPRSのSEあたりに使うとPRSでもHR.HMの音がする。かなり質が高いプレーン弦だと思った
