These shoes are actually very comfortable. I like the wider bands. They don’t cut into your foot. The bands are soft and with some stretch. After reading reviews I saw where they might run alittle big so I normally wear a size 8 and I did size down. I’m glad I did. They were alittle snug when I I initially put them on but as I walked around the house they felt like the perfect size. They don’t look cheap. They’re a very nice shoe and I’ll probably order another color.

UPDATE: After walking a full day in these, I had to update my review. They hurt after afew hours. I wear heels often, so it’s not as if I don’t know how to walk in them. I do think it’s the mule design, even thought I initially thought they would be good. Downgraded to four stars from five. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had my eye on a puffy braided heel for some time now. This style became hot not too long ago, but is now readily available in the mainstream market. There are a lot of different variations available out there, but this one is closest to the original "it" shoe at an affordable price. I ordered the Nude color in a size 6. Sizing is exactly as expected. Be aware that "nude" is a pretty light color. I am fair skinned, so this is fine with me. Most nudes are always darker than my skin tone and look tan on me. I'd say this one is more of a bone/off white without any yellow or pink tones. It perfectly matches a cloud/dumpling handbag I have, so I am happy. In a size 6, the heel is 3.25 inches tall. Larger sizes may measure slightly taller (I believe the shoe industry typically measures a size 8 to get a general heel height for a particular shoe). Anyway, it was described as a 3.35 inch heel, so 3.25 for a size 6 seems to be correct. The braids are very comfortable, as is the foot bed. When you try it on, the straps may feel tight. Don't fret; they are supposed to be this way, as they will loosen a bit as you wear them. I have a high arch, so the highest part of my upper footbone hits right at the taller strap, but it is comfortable and keeps it on the foot. I often have a little problem wearing mules, but these are awesome. I can walk around just fine without the shoe slipping or my feet sliding around in them. I know I will get a lot of use out of them!

I’m giving 4 stars only because the braiding is so thick that the whole shoe looks pretty clunky. But as far as comfort goes, Sunday funday approved!

Well packaged and as advertised. These are a very comfy height and I can wear them all day. A couple flaws when the item arrives as shown + dirty area on one of the shoes bringing these down from 5 to 4 stars. A little pricey imo but super cute!

These shoes are gorgeous! They fit true to size and are perfect for the many summer dresses I will be wearing them with!

I wanted a shoe with a thicker braid. This is not disappoint. They are comfy and cute. I would recommend for sure.
