Vitamin D supplements are now very popular, with plenty of scientific evidence showing that a properly maintained Vitamin D level can provide health benefits. This is a superb value pack of 450 tablets (so just shy of a two and a half year’s supply – if taken every other day), at 4000iu strength, which is generally accepted (in most cases) as being more than double that required daily. Although we get Vitamin D naturally, through sunlight, our natural level can considerably reduce in Winter.I take Vitamin D3, and have been for some time, and will definitely continue to do so, these being (higher than I usually take), 4000iu. Therefore, one every other day is a good choice for me. D3 is the type that seems to be recommended as being best.Although you can get D3 supplements in soft-gel form, these are tablets – small, and easy to swallow, and of course they don’t become sticky like gel ones can. The tablets are tasteless, odourless. Detail of compliance with all of the accepted standards (GMP etc) is shown, which (to me), is really important. They are made in the U.K. so I have no concerns at all, thus giving a good degree of confidence in the product purity and efficacy.In summary, a super product, easy to swallow, and very good value. I've taken a vitamin D3 supplement at this high 4000IU strength for some years. I take it daily year round but some prefer only to take it in the colder months when natural sunlight is in short supply. This UK-made GMO-free supplement is in tablet form - but, being micro sized, they're easy to swallow.A single tablet is a serving and there are 450 in the opaque, sealed screw topped pack these arrive in - which should last around 15 months. The pack I received has a Best Before date of the end of June, 2025.Some of the on-pack information is very hard to decipher with tiny white script against a lime green background, for which I deducted one star. The black script that also features is by contrast much easier to read.That said, this high strength Vitamin D3 4000IU is good value for money. I take a range of supplements but I see this as being the most important. Also known as 'the sunshine vitamin', many doctors appear to advocate people resident in the UK taking D3 as an immune system booster especially during the winter months.

Vitamin D3 is a very practical supplement for anyone living in the UK to take, particularly between Autumn and Spring when days are shorter and we don’t get much sunlight. This version comes as compact little one-a-day pills, with a bottle containing more than a year’s supply for an individual.It’s never very reassuring when you receive something that’s supposed to be security sealed, and the seal isn’t closed. Unfortunately that was the case with the bottle I received. I unscrewed the cap, and found that instead of being stuck down, the seal was just loose and open. I’m not prepared to use something that isn’t properly sealed on arrival - I have no idea whether it’s been tampered with or how long it has been opened and whether potential contaminants are in there.

I quite like this vitamin as the tablets are easy to swallow. They are small and tasteless, which makes them easy to take daily. The main issue I have with the tablets is that I can't read the label without using my camera phone zoom. The font is very small and it is difficult to read without magnification.

10% voucher currently which makes these a reasonable price for high strength D3. These are easy to swallow with no after taste. I tend to take one a day in the winter with one every other day the rest of the year. Given the general level of vit D deficiency in the older English population this should be more in use than it is

A high strength vitamin d supplement in a tiny pill, easy to swallow and over a year’s supply in the pack, with almost 2 years before the use by date. A doctor I work with tells all his patients to take vit d supplements all year round, it’s quite hard to get adequate sun exposure to make enough of this vital vitamin. So a pack like this is extremely convenient. I’ve docked a star because it’s impossible to read the print on the pack, it’s beyond tiny and it’s white on a greeny background, so a major issue because it’s important to be able to read the label on supplements before actually taking them! Overall though if you have eagle eyes or don’t mind using a magnifying glass, this is a worthwhile buy.

There's nothing negative or critical I can say about these tablets. In a small jar you receive 450 tablets, so enough for some 15 months of daily use. The pills themselves are tiny and as such super easy to swallow and have no real taste to them. Despite their small size, each pill contains well over your daily recommended minimum about of vitamin D3 so they are really good value for money, and essential for the period of the year where you are not likely to get enough vitamin D from sun exposure alone.

This is a bag of 450 very high strength 4000 IU vitamin D. These are good if you have low levels and need to get them up fast or have been told by your doctor to get your levels up. If you don't have a deficiency then there are lower levels available. I get these for my partner who on chemotherapy needs that boost for his immune system. Easy to swallow, great value.
