Ok.I ordered this beautiful pillowI soon as I see it for the first time , I wanted it.I was expecting some kind of large lumbar kind pillow all assembled an ready to use.What I got is a regular lumbar pillow cover with no insert.I was really disappointed.It is very pretty don’t get me wrong.But for the price $50 I wa expecting at least to come with the insert.I am debating if keeping it or return it and buy another similar to it much cheaper and almost the same
