Out of the gate, I like the 'antennae' at the top, makes for easier grabbing when in a bag or backpack. The entire holder is silicone with a single magnet closure in the center of the opening -- being silicone makes it easy to clean out and keep stain free, which is good. I found that the length of the case fits regular sized silverware--long fork, long spoon--but not a regular butterknife; we have to use something like a small cheese knife or a smaller size butterknife.Though it's mentioned as another possible use/purpose in the product details, I wouldn't personally use this for makeup storage/portability. It's not conducive to that in my view, like an actual makeup bag. So, we'll keep to using these for silverware toting! I place some silverware and a few individual hand sanitizing sheet packets in ours. If desired, mini salt/pepper/ketchup/mustard/etc. packets can also be stored inside with the silverware, as there's certainly enough extra room to allow for that.When retrieving silverware from inside the case, I found that placing my fingers over the magnets to prevent contact with the silverware made it easier to pull them out. At first I was startled by the magnet grabbing the silverware, lol. Once I placed my fingers/hand in the middle of the case, with my thumb and index finger over the magnets, it was pretty easy to pull out each utensil. A lil quirky, but not a huge deal.These should last a long time since made of silicone...they'll be great for traveling, as we're foodies and like to have good silverware to use vs. a lot of the awful plastic utensils often provided with food to-go from restaurants (not to mention reducing some of the 'plastic' overload).

Well made. Magnetic closure works well. It’s bulky, very bulky. I ordered this with the intention of using it in my hanging kitchen organizer to store silver wear, but it’s massive compared to its holding capacity. This is a pass for me.

This isn't a "can't live without" kind of item, but it is really handy to have. It's a nice way to keep my untensils all in one place in my lunchbox and not have to search around for them. Really like it.

This utensil case is less compact than I thought it would be especially from a height perspective. It is made out of silicone which is convenient for clean up. As advertised, it is mainly for smaller utensils as it won't fit a standard adult fork but does just fine for my toddler's utensils (though there is a lot of extra room with a toddler sized fork and spoon inside). It closes with a magnet in the center which keeps the utensils in, but won't necessarily keep a mess in since there are gaps at the top and bottom. Additionally the magnet will often catch metal utensils as you're trying to insert or remove them.Overall I like the silicone, durability, and ease of cleaning but some design quirks that detract from portability and easy of inserting/removing utensils.

Love the concept and quality of this case. It does keep its shape and has magnetic closures. I understand it’s meant for kids travel utensils. I was really hoping it would fit my smaller spins. No luck

Well, this will teach me to read the description more carefully... In the description for this item, it refers to this cutlery holder as "The portable cutlery set with case" implying that something (utensils) came with the holder. From that and the pictures, I was under the impression that it came with a set of cutlery as part of the set... yeah, not so. Only one place states that cutlery is not included and the rest of the listing talks about "removing the cutlery" and other verbiage that implies the cutlery is included.This is a silicone cutlery holder with a magnetic clasp to keep it shut. It works well and holds the utensils I have at home, hence the 5 star rating even though I felt it was a bit misleading.

This is a nice utensil holder, it is made of silicone so it's very easy to wash, although I have only tried hand washing it. The magnets on the side have a good amount of pull to them that makes sure that utensils don't fall out, but they aren't so strong that it's difficult to open. The size of this utensil holder could admittedly be smaller, but the small "ears" on top of it give it a little bit of a cute look. It is long enough that it should fit most average sized utensils. Overall if you like the design you can't go wrong with this!

This is a cute convenient Utensil Holder. I keep a set of silverware at work and I've been having to wrap them in paper towels. Now I'll have this to put them in. It's got a magnetic flap to keep them held inside. It's a lot bigger than i thought it was. From the pics, it does not look like it would hold normal sized silverware. Well, it does. Even with plenty of extra room. I think this pouch is multi-functional and you can use it for just about anything. Easy to clean as well.
