Mentorship in the home
Most people think of mentorship as a role only played in a professional setting. But after reading Scott’s book, I am now enlightened, as a full time parent, that I can also be a mentor to my children. Scott’s books are super practical and immediately applicable. Highly recommend this one.

Outstanding!
This is a must-read for any kind of mentor. It's a great read to help review strengths and weaknesses and it also has Scott Miller's trademark humor. I work with teenagers and got some good "aha moments" from this book. I'm sure it's the same in the corporate world. ;)
