I'm a chocoholic and would buy this for the taste of the chocolate alone! The fact that it tastes so damn delicious as well as having the beneficial effects is a huge bonus. I bought this product as was having trouble enjoying a good night's sleep due to stress. I definitely felt a sense of ease kick in around 30 mins after having eaten a square and within 1 hour I was sound asleep and didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 7am. I live in NYC so often wake up multiple times a night due to noise outside so an uninterrupted night's sleep is priceless! I felt full of energy upon waking and would absolutely recommend this product for a good night's sleep. I can't wait to try the rest of the range!

I really like this! It gave me a nice little boost without a crash or jitters. I think the taste is good too, nice mid morning sweet treat to me. Its kinda like a diet coke boost of caffeine but just chocolate instead. I will definitely be having more of these! I feel like its also perfect to bring on a night out when you want a little more caffeine at a bar to stay up but nothing crazy.

Love this chocolate! I don't notice a huge difference prior to taking to bedtime, but it does help me relax and I enjoy having it part of my routine. Great taste and it comes in the cutest little tin.

Delicious dark chocolate that helps you focus and gives you energy any time of the day as there is some caffeine, but not too much. The flavor perfect — not too sweet, deep and rich chocolate, and you can’t taste any mushroom. I like to take a square of Alice when Im unmotivated to complete daily tasks; it’s the perfect kick for me. No bad side effects and if I take it later on in the day, I can still fall asleep at night as the caffeine level isn’t super high. I’ve noticed an increase in focus and would recommend to friends

I’ve even shared a few with friends, and while they’re always a little surprised by the mention of “shrooms,” I explain they’re for cognitive support. I’ve never had difficulties sleeping but I still gave Alice chocolates for deep sleep a try. The chocolate itself tasted very good, and I do feel very well rested when I have them, it’s just a little hard to tell if my sleep is totally being impacted my the chocolate specifically or not. I am very curious to try their focus & energy flavor as well. Overall, I think they are well worth the try if you’re thinking about getting them, there’s no harm!

As a huge dark chocolate fan, I love the rich taste and deepness of this chocolate. As far as efficacy, I haven't noticed significant changes. I've been having a distaste for coffee lately, so I turned to this hoping it was a decent alternative. These are easy to consume. It helps a little for energy but not so much for focus. I've tried about 5 forms of energy/focus products in the past 3 months, and I'd consider this product second to last overall.

I really like this chocolate! I’m big into mushrooms, normally in the form of powder in my coffee or even capsules, so I was excited to try this.The taste is actually pretty nice - it’s dark chocolate, which I think pairs better with the cinnamon and cayenne. I did feel more relaxed after having one square, but not sure if I felt anything else. Next time I’ll probably try two squares and see if there’s a better response!
