I have to say I was very impressed by this hairpiece extension. At first I was thinking the price was kind of low but I really just wanted it for a Viking costume. When it arrived I was thrilled! For me the color match was spot on and after a few practices, I got the hang of how to put it on. It has clips all along the seam so it fits securely on your head. It also comes with some clips to hold your hair up and a replacement wire, string thing in case it breaks. The one I ordered was the longest and if I were going to get another one I would probably get a shorter version but for the Viking look it was HOT!! Get one and give it a name. I call mine Tiffany. :) lol

Extensions are brand new to me. I seen an ad for halo extensions and I just had to try them to see if I can accomplish long hair of my dreams. Color match: the brown perfectly matches, I didn't really want the highlights, however it looks ok because my ends are grown out blonde.Ease of use: like anything, it takes a little to get the hang of it, my second day I felt pretty satisfied. I am still learning how to blend.Comfort: the first wear, I had the halo band too far forward on my head, thus making it too tight, it gave me a headache! Second wear was so much better. I positioned it further back on my head for a looser fit. No headache. Still felt pretty secure.Worth the Price?: First time I felt the hair I was amazed at how soft it felt. It got a little frizzy after the second day, I just brushed some detangling conditioner through and good as new. I think it is definitely worth the price. We'll see how they hold up over the next few months.Update: I made a mistake and used a brush instead of a comb. The extensions now have broken ends and are frizzy. I did use a synthetic hair conditioner on them and it helped quite a bit, but I am planning to repurchase a more expensive brand now that I know I love extensions. Overall, I am still very happy with my experience with this brand, it was a inexpensive introduction and practice.

This is my first time trying a halo style hair extension. I am not impressed. It was not easy to place on my head in the right position and it shifted while I was trying to blend it in despite the clips that made it feel thick under my hair and made it stick out weird and unnatural looking in the back. The clear band in the front felt uncomfortable and did not blend in like the photos. It looked fake and the curls are stiff and the hair is not very soft to blend nicely. You can not curl it even with a cooler setting. It simply melts immediately and won't curl. The hair was mostly for the back of the head and came around the sides slightly (I don't have a large head) so it almost had the appearance of a mullet sort of. Sorry to be harsh, just thought this would be nicer. One positive is the color matched my hair.

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t have high expectations for this when purchasing but I was surprised when I opened it and tried it on. It looks real, is super easy to put on and is mostly comfortable. The only downfalls are that it gets itchy after wearing it for so long and it tangles easily, like within seconds but I’m sure that’s common with bargain hair extensions. The color is a tad lighter than my hair but you can’t really tell unless it’s pointed out. I tried curling it and it made it fall flatter so I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if that’s just how synthetic hair works considering I’ve never used it before. I purchased the 20 in. Halo extension in shade medium brown. I would recommend it if it’s just something you’re wearing occasionally or for special events.

My friend said you can’t tell there’s extensions there! The color match was great and the way it blended into my natural was perfect because of the amount of hair in the weft. My natural is a bit cooler toned but with the dimension, it blended right in. I think this could suit many different level 10s. However, if you are WHITE or SILVER— this shade is not for you.

Scraggly Pic is how it looked when it came out of the box. It smelled really bad, too. I tried to comb it but it basically looked the same. The quality of the strands and the color are actually really nice. I decided to keep it, because I wanted the wires since 3 came with it. Therefore, I didn’t feel like I had anything to lose if I tried to wash and straighten it. I washed it and put almond oil all over it, but smell still didn’t go away so I soaked it in diluted vinegar for 5 hours. The strands were not damaged, but smell was still faintly there! Unfortunately, it still looked out of shape. So I tried straightening it at lowest heat setting of 310 F. It straightened beautifully. No damage to the strands (see pic with straight hair). I tried it on and though hair looked good the halo fell just behind the ears so it was not wide enough to give the volume needed. In conclusion, even if it came in perfect condition it wouldn’t work because it is not wide enough not to mention the musty smell that would not go away. Though I can’t stress how nice the quality of the hair is. It looks like real hair.
