Very good and fragrant

Package: It is as described in the image.Product: I am always skeptical when buying incense items. But I was very satisfied with the fragrance of it. It really feels like the fragrance you get in temples or pujas.Usability: I actually struggled a bit with lighting up my first one. I tried with a match stick but it takes longer to catch on fire. I had to light up a candle and then hold it up for about a minute, letting it burn sufficiently for it to start slowly burning itself.Longevity: Once you light and rest it on the stand, it stays for a max 25-30mins, not more.Cost: I paid ₹295 so if you consider the overall cost, it's around ₹18 per use. I don't think it's overly pricy, but I am thinking, if it was ₹350 for 30 pieces, I would have bought it on a monthly basis for almost ₹12 per use.Overall it was a nice purchase.

Fragrance is really good. Burns well so this was my 3rd purchase. Creates a wonderful aura in the house.

I was really disappointed with the PHOOL Luxury Incense Sandalwood Havan Cups. Despite the appealing packaging and the promise of a natural, organic Chandan fragrance, the incense cups were impossible to light. I went through an entire box of match sticks trying to get just one cup to burn, but it never caught fire properly. This made the product unusable for me, and it was quite frustrating. I have used PHOOL citronella cones before and found them delightful, so this experience with the Sandalwood Havan Cups was a real surprise. Given how well the citronella cones performed, I expected similar quality, but unfortunately, the incense cups just didn’t meet expectations.

Fragrance is marvelous. Burning time is okay but could be a little longer. Base of Cone needs to be borader for increased stability. Ceramic Spoon is not useful. It's holding area is to shallow.

Even before using the product, you would get the awesome smell from the pack. You can keep it slightly away if you think the smell is strong after burning.
