A perfect heated mattress pad
i used my first heated mattress pad in edinburgh back in the 1970's. the house was heated in one room. what a difference to discover heated mattress pads. this one is the best. so easy to use...and user friendly. heats quickly. wonderful.

Awesome mattress with a few caveats
My mattress is deep so the pad fits the pockets just fine. Here are the things I love:- Even heat distribution- No cold spots- If I forget to turn it on to warm up that's ok it warms up fast- Can set temp and timeHere are things I find annoying:- The connection to the power and controller is at the top of the mattress pad on the side near your head. I've never felt it yet as I usually have pillows there.- I can feel the cords. It bothers me but not my wife, we covered it with a thin mattress pad and it still warms nicely through. Much better.- The buttons, when pressed, make the loudest clicking noise.- The features are useless and too many buttonsON - does one thing (temp/time) - no memoryNormal - does another (temp/time)Comfort - does another (temp/time)Temp / Time do what they say (well temp above a 4 will only stay that way for 1 hour and then automatically go to 4) and no matter how I start with On, Normal, Comfort I always just adjust the temp and time myself after it's warmed up.

Questionable, but heats. EDIT: …Which is fine, I guess
Edit: Ok, maybe I was in a bad mood because I was cold ;) I’ll try to be more informative this round.Tldr: It’ll do for 60 bucks. This pad isn’t even all that bad, honestly. It heats evenly, even in the middle “dual zone buffer” area. It also doesn't get super hot, just enough for the bed to be nice and toasty once you get in it, which I find preferable to being cooked alive.10 settings,1-8 with a L and a H setting. There is a timer for auto shutoff. The controls are lighted and not that hard to understand if you’re not the type to read manuals. You do feel the wires, but that doesn't bother me. A thin blanket on top of the pad and under a sheet will fix that easily. The topper also has a thick, felt-like feel, which is interesting (in a good way). It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all.The connectors are still stupidly placed on the sleeping surface and I still hate that a queen can’t have the option to be single or dual control. There is a model that does that, and I was thisclose to returning this one and getting that one (still am). I did discover that if I put the pad on upside down so the connectors were on the head side of the mattress, they aren't in danger of being kicked and they’re far up and away enough that my back pillows cover it without me touching them. The cord now also reaches the plugs in this config. Problem solved, I guess.I get a little bit less heat towards the bottom of the pad with it being placed upside down since the wires do not cover the full surface (because why on Earth would they need to do that? Ugh.. -_-). I am 5’7 and my feet are heated, but I can feel where it ends if I stretch. If you’re taller, reconsider this one.I admit I am nitpicking this a bit. It’s easily worth the ~60 bucks I paid for it. I should’ve just done more research and paid more for all of the features I wanted. And I’m too cold to take it back now and wait for a new one (maybe…).I’ll give it back a star, but it’s really a 3.5. It honestly might end up being for the guest in a few weeks.Original review:Why is this even dual zoned in the first place? And if it is, make sure the cords are long enough to reach the plug thats on the other side of the room. The connectors are on the top of the mattress, which is stupid, why would you put the connectors somewhere they can be kicked? It does seem to heat evenly and quickly. Haven’t decided if I want to deal with its shortcomings yet.

Don’t move!
This purchase was a pure mistake.Heated mattress pad is not my first rodeo. All of our beds have them. I thought a recognised name would give me a better product. Ha! Ha! Ha!Two complaints, and they are significant.1. Too little coverage.2. PITA off/on switch. This “heated mattress pad” only heats the middle of the bed. Nearly 2/3 of the pad does not have heating coils. Which is great, I guess, if you sleep like a vampire; alone in the middle of the bed, arms crossed over your chest. If you want to stay warm…./Don’t expect to share your bed with anyone. Try not to kick your legs out to the side. The heating switch is cumbersome and difficult to use. My other heated pads simply have 1-4 heat choices and auto shut offs. This one has some strange shorthand for whatever to heat the bed. I just reach over four or five times/ night and turn it off then turn it on again. And cumbersome? I had to duct tape the HUGE control box to my nightstand. It’s a mess to use.So….. it does do its job, barely. And it’s a PITA to use.You can do better with almost any other product.

Awesome heated mattress pad
I gifted this to a friend who recently moved from sunny Florida to cold, damp Long Island. To say her house WARMING gift was well received would be an understatement! She loves how it takes the chill off the sheets at night as well as snuggling down into it when she first awakens in the morning. A+

Will make your blow-up mattress cozy
I bought this for a twin blow up mattress. When I try to sleep on the mattress with just sheets, I was freezing. The cold air from the mattress seeps into your bones. I checked to see if these were appropriate for a plastic blow up mattress, and I read that they were. I have since use them for over a week when visiting friends. It works great.

Very Comfortable
Have used heated mattress pads for decades. When my recent pad stopped working after 5+years, I selected this Sealy queen size version. Controls panels are great -- easy to see in the night if you need to make a quick adjustment. Pad heats up quickly and the auto shut-off also works well.
