The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly I just hooked it up to a 3volt motor to show you how it responds to the dial, and it is not the smoothest operation from allowing the different amount of power to pass through the device, but it was not the most expensive one to buy either, it's got a small red led that is on when the device is on , not just receiving power, this helps with knowing that it is completely off so you don't accidentally leave it on low and burn up a motor or something to that extent. I would recommend this product if you need something for regulation of something, but for what I needed to use it for, it's fine.

I used one as an LED controller... worked great. I am able to dial the full range of brightness. I used another for small water pump DC motor controller... again worked great. Both powered from USB charger. Good stuff!

The media could not be loaded. I got this to make my own variable speed tool. It only works at max speed. It recieves power. I try to lower the rpms and it just starts pulsing. Unless i turn it super carefully it lowers the speed to a degree, but when I actually use it, it starts doing the pulsing thing.
