I was really both disappointed and surprised when I received my purchase. I ordered the Charles Worthington London Big hair Salon Shine Conditioner and got the shampoo instead. I kept the product even though this is not what I needed or ordered. I must say, though, that I was surprised because I have never ordered anything from Amazon that was not the right thing. It just never occurred to me that someone would send a product that was clearly not what I wanted. I will continue to order from Amazon, but I am not sure I will be so quick to order from Amazon Marketplace anytime soon. I still really want my Conditioner!!!!
