I have recently become addicted to this series of Brain Game sticker books. I have discovered that it is utterly relaxing to sit and work on the sticker books, as you have to pay attention and think a little bit. It isn't hard, it's just the right amount of a challenge to distract you mind from what ailes you. The pictures are beautiful. Once I've completed a sticker book, I then use if as a journal (using light colour gel pens). That way, I can use the book twice. The pages are perforated so that you can easily remove the page and ... frame it? I'm not sure what the company envisioned. Having perforated sticker pages is helpful while working on a book. HIGHLY recommend. Bought one as a gift for a stressed-out coworker!
