Really good texture and flavor for a shelf stable meat! Fine at room temp, great heated. Would recommend.

I was really surprised this was so good since this is a shelf stable food product! The only reason for 4 ****is wish more pork in it. Beyond easy to microwave or stovetop. A lot of sauce, not very thick but flavorful. is spicy but not burn yr tongue off. Served over white rice and this actually makes enough for 2 ppl! Now that I know how this is, will be buying moreI

I just bought one pack to see how it was for flavor & saltiness. I added some chicken that I had cooked up and refried beans, salsa. It made up some very tasty burritos.

Very little meat. Lots of juice.

This is mostly a bag of liquid with a little pork. Somehow, even though the bits of meat were floating in liquid, they were dry inside. Very little spice, this was extremely mild. Quite a disappointment because I love their beans

Good flavor tastes great made more of a quesadilla of cheese and a homemade salsa whom ever made this barbacoa keep doing why you doing aside from a mild canned meat smell which is not overpowering at all and like all meats of this type a going to have the chicken pouch from another manufacturer I had recently was way worse but still also tasted fine but the taste is top teir keep doing what your doing.

i'm very happy with this brand. I've ordered this a few times.I can buy this and I don't have to make it myself.(I live alone...and who makes just one serving? Not me. Ok, I do make one PB&J.)
