Was happy with resistance and extras included. However green band snapped during my workout

Bought these because I had some old weights that I dusted down. Now approaching 50 I downloaded a home workout guide and saw that a set of these coupled with my old weights might be a good starting point. I dont want to drag my old Dadbod to the gym and this seemed a lot cheaper.I really like these bands, after just a few weeks you can get a good workout with them. I appreciate the flexibility straps and handles and how there are several different strengths (the 10lb ones do seem a bit too light but hey somebody might use them). For the price these are a really good buy and well worth a go.

Don't be suspicious of the low price — these are excellent. I've been using them daily for a year, most of that time with all the bands combined for maximum resistance, and there's no sign of wear to either the bands themselves or the door anchor.Simple and effective — they don't need a lot of room to use, and almost no space to store. I even chuck 'em in my bag if I'm going away and won't have access to a gym wherever I'm staying.

Never owned any resistance bands before, however decided to start a beginners workout, and required bands, so got these. More than happy with them, they're strong and sturdy, and reasonably priced. I like the way the handles easily clip on and off the bands, as I went up two band levels to find the resistance I needed. Easy to use, good price and strong!

It's not easy picking which one to buy with so many available. I am very pleased to have picked this set. I've recommended these to family who have now purchased them.I use these following some great instructional videos by ACHV PEAK on the big video site we all know.I don't use the door anchor in my exercises and found Beenax sell a higher quality version separately here on Amazon. Bands from ALL sellers must suffer the risk of abrasion and wear using the basic door anchors. The low price of this set compared to others means you can afford to buy the upgraded door anchor if needed.It has been mentioned that there is a variation in length of the bands. I found a 5cm difference between longest and shortest. This does not affect the use of the bands.The overall quality of design, materials and manufacture is amazing for £16.99 !Is the product fit for purpose: YESIs the product value for money: YES

I used this product to improve fitness and it does a good job for a long or short workout.

Was sceptical about quality because of price but took a punt with them and I am very happy. The seem to be very good quality and versatile. I don’t think the weight described on each band is it’s true resistance but not so far out to be a concern or worry so still get a good work out with them, exactly what I wanted and for the price not complaining would recommend them

Initially it was purchased to carry on working out whilst I was away, but I found it as a very helpful and versatile workout aid that I have now implemented it as part of my regular home routine.
