PyleUsa 10-Inch Low-Profile Amplified Subwoofer System & Hydra Marine Amplifier

Extremely easy set up and really convenient being it’s waterproof. The value seemed pretty good, however did not kick or provide as much bass power. It does look durable and pretty well made however does not do a job of a 900watt 10inch sub. Pyle products are just not that well made

For such a small unit, the bass really bumped, but after less than a week with the sub properly tuned, it blew. No fuses or protection switches helped prevent the damage.

It installed in my boat very easily, I did the entire job while my kids were swimming at the sandbar. I was surprised with the output, it’s certainly very loud and makes my older boat sound like a cool wakeboard boat with a fancy system. I am not completely convinced with its timing, meaning I felt like it was slightly off from my other speakers. I played with the 180 button but it didn’t really seem to change much. In terms of big base from a small package with an easy install, it gets an A+ and I like the base control remote knob, I keep it in my glove box and when I turn it all the way down, I can pretty much turn it off - like if you want to cruise with some older folks who aren’t feeling the bass.

I put this in my SxS and it works well. I barely have to turn the power up to make this sound good even in this application. I have had a lot of people tell me how good it sounds, and some say it sounds better than their car stereo. The installed stereo that came with my SxS had two speakers mounted in the front doors but didn't have any punch at all. The sub for the installed system was way too expensive and not highly rated either. This sub added the punch I needed for a fraction of the cost. I would buy again.

Very good bass for the money. Slim design made it very way to install under crew cab seat. Didn’t have to remove any of the factory panels. My only complaint is the size of positive and negative connectors into the amp are very small. If running larger gauge wires you will need to trim to fit in the hole for connections. Don’t like this style battery connections. Very hard to keep the wires inside the connection. And connectors are very close together. I would suggest running or soldering the end together so loose wires don’t accidentally make contact between wires.

Looks like it will be a good fit in my boat, cant wait to try it out.

I like the quality exterior of the subwoofer, although I had to return/replace the first one after 3 weeks, quit working. It was installed in my UTV/SXS, it sounds good!!

What a nightmare of an experience I have had with Pyle. First the unit had a 3 year warranty card in the box. When I registered it, i was only given a 1 year warranty. Spent half an hour trying to connect and chat with customer service, and they said it was a mistake. They will talk to a supervisor and get back to me. I never heard back.Then I installed the unit on my boat and it sounded horrible. I tried getting guidance from customer service and that was a joke. They finally asked me to send a video of the unit in use. When I sent the video they said to ship it back for warranty repair (I just bought the amp 2 weeks ago) and that it would take four to six weeks to repair or replace the new unit.I will never buy another Pyle product ever, no matter how low the price, the quality and the service are pathetic.

I have this thing as a sub in my truck and it rattles my door if I crank it up but still sounds awesome if I turn it down

Got this setup for Xmas and I just set it up in April so it’s to late to return. I set it up properly and ran it for for a few minutes and now it’s toast. Don’t buy this it’s a Pyle.
