Excellent, strong and easy to use

Put this little guy through hefty tests -- emphasis on our Montreal weather! Stayed outside during snowstorms, freezing rain, extreme cold temperatures (-30 degree Celsius and ++). No deterioration visible on the safe. Push buttons always work, and keys are always safely secure inside. I made a small pros and cons list for easier visibility. Be mindful, the pros and cons are specific to my situation, it may differ depending on what you will use the safe for and on your personal opinion!Pros:- Highly sturdy -- stands-up to harsh weather- Aesthetically pleasing (I took the full black matte one)- Fits 3 keys- Easy assembly- Easy to useCons:- 6-digit code -- cannot reuse the same number, must be 6 different numbers- Heavy- Hard to see push buttons late at night (black on black)Hope this helps !

Bought this over a year ago and it's been working perfectly ever since. It's used daily for our dog walker to gain access to the house and when we forget our keys. No issues experienced and the buttons all work great. Super easy to configure and still secure. Colour is great to blend against our brick walls too so it's not easily seen or noticed unless you're looking for it.

This is a really heavy duty, well-built product. The instructions for first setting the code are a bit confusing. You turn the crank 180 degrees only on the numbers you will program as your code. The instructions make it look like you turn all the numbers 180 degrees. Other than that, very happy with the purchase.

The lock was jammed and wouldn't open after a handful times in use. I contacted Kidde Canada twice, with no response. Luckily I did get it open after intensive tries. I keep my fingers crossed that this won't happen again. Not impressed by Kidde's customer services.
