Excellent formula!

I have been taking this specific supplement for approx 5 months. I take only 2 capsules with supper, and my sleep quality has improved significantly; so much that I have managed to wean from Ambien after 20+ years of use. Of course, with better sleep quality, I feel better overall; i'm not sure how much is due to the other benefits of magnesium, but I'm sold on this product and recommend it to my family and friends.Its been literally life changing for me.

I prefer another brand but purchased this as a backup because the other was out of stock. This did cause some stomach issues vs the other does not. Otherwise it was ok!

Love this magnesium, I will continue to stick with this brand. It does help me sleep better and I have noticed that I am not near as anxious when I am taking it. Highly recommend.

I sleep good after taking this. I usually wakes up between 12-2 AM and finds it hard to go back to sleep again. But since taking this supplement, which works for me an hour after taking it, I wake up at 4AM or 5AM. At least it extends me sleeping time.

I have taken this brand for well over a year of this Triple Magnesium and the Multi Collagen Complex. I can recommend both. I've never had an issue with quality until my last two orders of the Triple Magnesium. Last was the 180ct bottle and 4 of the capsules were cracked, dented and empty with a huge powdered mess. I let it go and didn't get around to addressing it with Amazon. But now having just received the 120ct bottle and opening to fill my pill organizer, the cotton poofed out a bunch of powder and all the capsules are covered in powder AGAIN. It's a mess! I've never experienced this with capsules before. When I pay for a certain amount that should cover a certain amount of days, especially when 3 are needed per day, I expect that amount. I can only assume they are packaged broken and dented bc the cotton and bottle wouldn't cause this damage which means quality is being overlooked in the production line.

I have been using this product for months now and I feel that these are good multi mag supplement.
