Great product ! Sound is awesome and you can switch it to surround sound and lasts with battery life and Charging is fast!

The Mic Quality and sound were great and loved the lights. The Look and feel of the mic was perfect out of the box. Sadly When it came to charge the mic for the first time I came to a disappointment. I noticed that the metal piece to the charging port was inside the headset and even heard it rattling inside. Was unable to charge the headset and left a bad experience for me. I did bother asking for another but instead asked for a refund.Edit: After I dissatisfied with how things turn out I was contacted by the manufacturer. To make things right I was sent a gracious replacement. I was very happy with the quality of the audio and crisp sound. It also has great mic quality with no reverb or echo. A very fit headset for gamers, creators, artists and more. I highly recommend these to anyone!

Update: This black headset’s work great they easy to connect and the sound is amazing the only issue is the microphone is low but it’s very clear also the company reached out and made it right I’d definitely recommend them they do care about there customers…. First, they are $20, I get it.My rating is more for customer service than the product.There is a short that apparently commonly occurs in the wire. For wired use, there is an inline control that has volume and mic mute. The short occurs as the wires go into and out of this control causing no audio on one side or both. The mic cable only plugs in on the left side, it isn’t hard to figure out.If you read enough reviews you see that this short seems to be a pretty common occurrence. However, considering this seems to be such a common occurrence you would assume the company would have some sort of a plan to deal with it. Sent replacement cable, redesign or even remove the control as an option. This does not seem to be the case.I am getting the impression that the company is going out of their way to drag out question and answer sessions to make customers either go away or time out of the return.Again, I understand that they are $20. Quality and longevity may suffer at this low price point, but your would think it would last for more than a few uses.You would think it would just be quicker to offer a replacement cable (considering it is such a common problem) vs ignoring the customer or sending the entire headset back. The headset is fine, it is just the cable.Being told by the CSR that they have to wait to talk to the factory about the problem does not give me a working product. It’s a short in the wire, what can we say?So overall for $20 youth headset I would have given 5 stars if it had only worked. I still probably would have given it 5 starts if they had a timely working replacement.No response, that gets you one star. (out of almost 6,500 at the moment, haha)

Great sound comfortable

Two main problems with this. One, when I plug it in, the mic doesn't work. Now, this probably isn't really the headphones fault, since my laptop (nitro 5) doesn't have separate mic and headphones ports.And before someone comments, I have switched settings from headset to headphones.Main problem is when I try bluetooth. It (sometimes) works just fine, until the battery gets below 90%. Then it immediately turns into the audio equivalent of getting stabbed in the eyes with broken glass. Tried connecting them to my phone as well, at 100% battery. 1ft away and it still sounded terrible.2 stars because the wired connection isn't really their fault, but these headphones are basically useless to me. When plugged in they sound fine, but the entire time I'm stuck with the useless mic sitting at the bottom of my vision. Very frustrating..Update:Customer service got in contact with me and sent me a replacement set of headphones for free. 10/10 for that, but the headphones I received were G2000 Max's, not any of the headsets on this page. I don't really care, but just keep in mind that the headset I'm talking about rn isn't any of these.The new headset works much better, but it seems to still have a few kinks.1) The bluetooth doesn't show up for some reason, on either my phone or on my computer. Not a huge issue, since it also came with a wireless USB link, which I would probably use anyway since they tend to work better. The audio is good, but there is a tiny bit of electric sound in the background. Not that noticeable when sound is playing, but when you pause or turn the volume down it becomes obvious. Not a problem for me, since every headset I've used has had this, but might bother some people.2) The mic doesn't work on my computer. And it is specifically my computer. I linked it to my phone (the usb has a usb-c adapter on the other side) and the mic worked fine, but when i link to my computer it's totally dead. Been looking for a solution to this, but so far no luck. I don't think I can fault the headset for this, since the mic obviously works, but computer just hates it for some reason. I think it might be incompatible with windows 11 (never upgrade windows, its terrible), but have to keep testing to find out. If anyone knows, please share.Tl;dr: Can't change my review of the original headset I got, since the replacement set I got were a different model, but the customer service seems great. The new headset they sent me is much better but having issues betting the mic to work with my laptop (mic definitely works, my computer just doesn't like it).Changed review to 3 stars, since customer service seems good. Based on other reviews they might need better quality control, but seem to be ready to replace faulty products.

Works perfect on his PS4

I fight for headphones with my husband and it was time to get myself a pair. These were cute looking and had wireless functionality. Honestly, I've had bad experiences with wireless headphones, so the fact it comes with a detachable cord really sold it for me. I use it almost exclusively on the cord, but the sound quality is pretty decent. It blocks out a fair portion of my background noises, allowing me to hear more clearly. My one complaint is the tip of the cord gets loose and pops part way out of the jack and I find myself multiple times a day, pushing it back in. But that's not that big of a deal to me. Can't speak on the wireless aspect yet, but I'll give them a try and report back. But I'm wearing these headphones throughout the day and don't really have any other complaints.
