I was excited to try this gel, as it was made especially for curly hair and I hadn't tried anything flaxseed based before. But I'm not very impressed by this formula. It is very liquid coming out of the tube, which would be fine if it worked, but sadly I have not had success with this keeping my curls curly. I follow a lazy 'curly girl method' with wet styling with curl cream, followed by a gel, still on wet hair. This product went on easily due to its viscosity, but did not keep curls intact when dried. It did not cut down on frizz either. I really wanted to like this, but don't find myself reaching for it.

This product does what it says it will do. It is a great moisturizer and bring out the natural curl in my hair. My only complaint is it’s expensive and beyond some people’s budget. That’s the reason I only buy one product.

This gel is pretty moisturizing. It doesn’t leave any flaky residue. However as far as defined curls I think it works better on 3 types hair than very kinky like 4 c hair.Also it a little Pricey. It is not for all budget

I purchased this new looking bottle, which I thought would work the same as the previous product I used. I returned the item, it not the same, unfortunately, I've used this product many times, but the new product is not like it used to be. What worked for me was the Pure Flaxseed Gel Moisturizer, Organic Jojoba Oil with the Lavender Fragrance (step 4).

Easy to use and great on hair. Holds well and smells great.

This gel works well on my hair when I apply it to my soaking wet hair and scrunch it with a tshirt to dry it. It isn’t stiff or crunchy.
