Very pleased with the product and build quality was very surprised to see such quality parts in a very reasonable priced rc can’t wait to test it out and will be updating review as I go but overall I’m very happy with the quality and its very nice looking as well.No grease in the front or rear differential not a issue at all just glad I took a few moments and checked everything over definitely advise doing a once over before really tearing it up with this little beast.Update on this beast got some aluminum upgrades and some upgraded front and rear diffs as well as some beefy driveshafts for the front and rear definitely worth upgrading will be doing a Brushless conversion on it soon will update again when it’s done.UPDATE the ESC caught fire barely got the battery out haha time to do a brushless conversion on it just glad I got the battery out so it didn’t totally burn down will post pics of ESC and some damage on rc.

The media could not be loaded. My son bought this with his own money. We have already replaced it once. This time the right front shock was leaking fluid and not attached properly. It actually caused the wheel to not touch the ground. See picture. My son would like to replace it one more time but not sure.

I’m 40 years old and haven’t had rc cars since the early 90’s. This thing is fast, fun, and cheap. So far only ran it through two batteries but I’m gonna order two more, one for wife and daughter. I’m starting to build my backyard rc track this weekend!

Update: I used parts from the broken car to fix the second car and it also caught fire. The seller reached out and offered full refund. I accepted a partial refund as I can still use some parts in my other cars. I am updating my star rating from 1 to 3 stars. I would've changed it to 4 stars if 2 of the cars didn't catch fire. It poses a big risk and in no good conscience I can give more than 3 stars. Good customer service through and they stood behind their product.Original review: I ordered 3 of these cars as a gift to my nephews. All three got stuck in reverse randomly and we had to turn the remote off and on to fix it. One caught fire within 15 minutes. One stopped working in about 10 minutes despite my nephew testing it in the house in the lowest speed setting; its engine makes a humming noise and nothing happens. The third one's multiple pieces shattered when my niece hit a car tire in the parking lot. All three were getting randomly stuck in reverse before they broke down.

The media could not be loaded. Ok, so I got this because it's a buggy, and buggies are fun bashers. And this one is fun! Out of the box, it looks great and it runs great. It's fun to skid around in the dirt and gravel, and it goes pretty quickly.But not 60kph quickly. Not even close for me.I'm wondering if I put a 3S lipo in, instead of the 2S that comes with it, if that would make a difference? Maybe. I'll get my hands on one, and find out.Also, first run out of the box, and the front bumper broke off. Of course, my kiddo decided to jump it off the front steps because, and I quote, "it's a basher and it should be able to handle it."Parental eye roll... And while having a little piece of plastic no longer on the frame doesn't affect the performance, I really would have wanted a go at it before he broke it. Oh well.It's still fun, and I like it! It comes with oil shocks, but my kiddo says it's not top quality and we need to reoil the shocks with better oil. He also likes the motor, and says it's pretty smooth. The servo is quick, and the chassis is machined metal.The rear gear box is a little bit wonky and doesn't quite mesh tightly. That could be why our speeds are so slow. We may have to replace the gearbox in the back if we want to get to 60kph.The shocks are adjustable, and are metal. On ours, the back left tire is loose after 1/2 hour of running (could have been from us bashing, or it came that way) and the suspension is impinged. Nothing we can't fix, but it's not quite something I would want to happen right away.This is fun, but you will need to put some work into it to maintain it and keep it going.

I love this RC car very very much, it's a twin to a very popular RC car that was a very good RC car, so good infact it was one of the top 3 selling budget RC cars for 2 or 3 years, and for one of those years it was literally the most popular and highest sold car of the year.Now to reveal the secret, this Is in essence a rebranded WLTOYS like clone of their most famous 144001 14th scale buggy...almost everything on this car is identical to the 144001, from the chassis, to the screws, to the shocks, differentials, A arms, turnbuckle, shock mounts, alost every part is identical and interchangeable.This makes me extremely happy because I always wanted one but I never got one, instead I went for its 10th scale bigger brother but deep down I still wanted one and now I pretty much have one, it may have a different coat of paint on it, and it might be called by a different number now, but deep down it knows what it really is.This is an excellent RC car, it's small, it's fast, it's wild and it's strong, as long as you check the differentials for grease, oil the shocks and keep the bearings clean after each run, this car will take everything you can. Throw at it and keep going, and if something bends it's easy to bend back, and if something breaks, parts are cheap and plentiful.... this is a really great RC car to have right now, the RC car is already almost 50% metal out of the box, and it's a decent stronger metal, this is a very good, very fast and strong RC and it is worth every penny for it.Once you have one it's worth investing in accessories, and upgrades, and extra tires, you can drive across the surface of ponds, jump skate park jumps, hit sNd dunes, or tear through football fields and dirt bike tracks, the options are endless.
