I bought extra large, I'm 170 at 5.7.Very roomy. Soft. Nice to lounge around the house or outside patio.

So Comfortable!
I could stay in this sleep shirt all day and all night! It's so comfy, soft and stretchy. It's thin enough for summer, but not see-through. I usually get XL in nightgowns because I Iike them to be roomy, but I ordered this in Large, and it's plenty big. I might order another color.

Well made, but runs big
The material is nice and well sewn. I’m 5’5” and weigh 145lbs. I ordered medium, but should’ve gone with small. I’ve seen others reviews stating they won’t let you return, I’m going to try and see if they’ll let me return for a small. I’ll update when I find out.
