Q: Can this back support really improve posture?

My chiropractor doesn’t recommend wearing this for prolong periods of time because it would weaken back and shoulder muscles. He suggests that i can wear it once in a while as back pain relief option let’s say after working out or other physically intense activities. To improve the posture you need to do exercises. I hope I answered the question.

Men's and women's sizes are almost the same, you can refer to the size chart, I bought it with reference to the size chart.

I admit I was skeptical at first. But now I have to say that the Fillove is so much more comfortable than the ComfyBrace and TRUWEO I've bought before!
