Not working properly on and off
Neck massager I used only 2 times now it's not working.Foot massager is not working properly

Very weak or not working.
This comes in two parts. Firstly the foot massager, on 19 its highest setting I can feel it in one foot if I stand on it. Cannot feel a thing if I sit, as there is not enough downward pressure.The neck massager i felt a tiny buzz once and then could not feel a thing. Tried recharging both items but still got the same result.What I did like about the items is that they are rechargeable which is useful if the items actually did what they were supposed to.
