Q: 5'3 140 pounds ? Thick thighs and wide hips

I’m 5’3 and 160 with what sounds like the same body type as yours. The leggings are extremely tight but with that INCREDIBLY stretchy. I ordered a Medium which is what I normally wear in leggings and joggers and although tight they were NOT see through.

Q: im 5'1 and 156 wich one should i wear medium or large?

I’d say a large. I’m 5’2 and about the same weight and thicker on the bottom... the medium fit but was super tight, the large will probably be more comfortable.
