Very nice controller, very good customer support when needed
I bought this controller in June 2023 as I was getting tired of always having to replace batteries (recharges yeah, but still a pain). I enjoyed using this model. The assignable colors are a cool feature, and it has programmable paddles on the bottom that I use for the sprint function in my games. 7 months later I noticed the right bumper no longer functioning. For gamers, this is the equivalent of a non-functional controller.I contacted the PowerA customer support group about my problem, they asked for a few pictures of the controller and copy of my order and promptly sent a replacement (actually the newer version which can control external LEDs). 4 days later and I'm back in business. Nice job!

Excellent Product!
Bought this for my son and it came the very next day! He loves it! Works just like the XBox controller but without the annoying batteries that need to be replaced all the time. It has an extra-long cord so you have lots of room to move about. Very happy with this purchase!

Meu pai comprou este controle para mim, e foi uma boa escolha, eu desastrado já derrubei ele várias vezes, e o que aconteceria com outros controles, não aconteceu nada. Mesmo após 6 meses e incidentes ainda está em perfeito estado.

I love everything about this controller - it feels very premium with its soft texture, excellent buttons and adjustable triggers (and extra programmable buttons on the back), and braided cable - and you get all this for a very good price! The lighting is also a very cool touch, and I still stop and look at it every time I plug it in.I've had mine for over 2 years now and it still feels brand new - no stick drift or any issues. The key with any controller is to be gentle with the joysticks (within reason) and protect it from dust when not in use, and you can get a lot of mileage out of it - this controller is definitely no exception.
