Arrived ready to use. I washed it and it was ready to go. Came charged. I use it 1-2x a day to mix my favorite protein and green powders. I just got tired of shaking them in my other bottles with the metal ball in it. This electric bottle is quiet!! The spinner thing in the middle is built in and sits on top of the battery area. The cup is therefore raised about 1.5.” The spout is sealed. I put it in my bag before I went out and I was afraid it might spill. It did not! The cap is easy to screw on and is leak proof as well. It’s easy to clean the inside of the bottle. I rinse the cap most of the time cuz the liquid doesn’t splash around. The spinner just spins and doesn’t make a huge mess.I’m happy with this cup and it’s saved me from making my carpal tunnel worse. Get this cup!

I love this cup!!!! I charged it once fully, and it still hasn't died yet! So long battery life! I've done tea, hot chocolate, and powdered shakes, and it gets everything mixed! Most things take less than 20 seconds to mix. The lid works extremely well, I'm accident prone, so of course, I've filled it up and knocked it over, but let me tell you NOT A DROP CAME OUT!!!! It's very easy to clean as well!Only thing I say to watch out for is that when you put boiling water or something that hot and close the lid expect it to open slowly over time because of the heat makes the lid pop up however if your liquid isn't that hot like boiling then it won't do that at all!

We bought this to mix powdered thickener into our son's drinks. It mixed okay if there was a small amount of liquid, but if it was over 8 oz., it wasn't powerful enough to create a vortex, so the top never got mixed in and I had to just shake it. There was only maybe 9-10 oz of liquid in it, so there was plenty of extra room in the container. There was no light to tell us when it was fully charged, but it should have been for the amount of time we plugged it in. It's just not strong enough to be useful for more than 8oz. That being said, if you use it for 8oz. Or less, it works pretty well. Unfortunately, we bought it thinking we’d be able to mix more than that at once.

Worked well…unfortunately after only a few months, blender stopped working.If my experience is common, I’d stay away and purchase another blender available for sale on Amazon.
