Does not work
This broke on the second time of use which is outside of the 30 days, Amazon return not possible. The hose that supplied with the machine gets extremely hot when venting outside.

Seems OK but remote missing (solved by seller)
Seems to work OK but yet to be tested properly, only issue so far is the remote was missing from box - not overly bothered as all buttons are on the unit and can be controlled from your phone (not tried this feature yet)The seller was very quick at resolving my missing remote and sent one straight out, many thanks! Overall very happy with the air conditioner, especially at price payed.

Not worth the money, very poor performance.
a bit of hot weather, and ready with my new air conditioner, after 3 nights on all night in a small bedroom only reducing the temp by a few degrees, either its faulty or very poor.

The media could not be loaded. After researching and wanting to find a mid budget air con unit after reading reviews this unit seemed the right one for my first air con purchase.▪️Very Easy Set Up▪️Not Heavy▪️Black Design Appearance Is Smart▪️Producing Very Good Cold Output▪️Easy To Manoeuvre▪️Performance Is Good But Please Bear In Mind This Is Noisy! Well is doing what I wanted, I have noticed that the fan without aircon on is quite colder then other fans I have used, not quite sure why but its is noticeable and a welcome money saver.

Noisy and clearly a previous refund
Don’t bother - it is very loud and what was delivered was clearly a previous customers order. Call me old fashioned, but new items normally don’t arrive full of water and the previous customers address on the box. I have arranged a return, so you might end up with this one!
