Very pleased !
I have now had this system for a year and I couldn’t be happier! The only problem I had was the wind sensor quit and I was sent a replacement. Once it’s setup, It works great, just study the manual and follow instructions, the way it works is actually pretty simple.

Charging more than I expected.
I love it. Got the bi-directional tracking system to supplement our original solar system. Our system only faced south but with 30 panels I thought it would be enough. Wasn't quite enough during the short days of winter. Since I added the echo worthy, it catches the early morning sun and follows it till it goes behind the trees to the west. Yesterday, after several cloudy days, the clouds thinned out and, even though the sun didn't shine, the echo worthy was pointed at the brightest part of the sky (not where the sun would have been) and was charging almost as much as our original panels. I would say the system is punching way above its weight.

So far so good
Too early to evaluate operational efficiency and durability as I'm a weekend warrior with a good marriage. However, when two of six panels were shipped broken through no fault of Ecoworthy, they just required a couple good photos. When one of the replacement panels were again broken during shipping they ponied up a replacement with no friction. So far so good with these honorable folks!

NO shipping damage.
Finally got all the packages/THANKS / all looks in NICE condition i see NO shipping damage,THOUGH i put it all to gether and decided thje frame is just too flemsey to hang these panels on, so i am building a 14 root long triangle to mount them on and i will use the stack of railes that cat mount panels on off the triangle sturdy frame rotissery.

Excellent Customer Service!
Ran into a few issues, receive shattered solar panels, but customer service was excellent and they shipped replacements right away, even followed up with me a few weeks later to ensure everything worked properly! Would certainly recommend! Value for the money and ease of installation was perfect!

Good tracker and work fine
Good tracker. It is better the one with single axis. It's recommended. However, there is a functional glitch in the morning. Sometimes, the tracker does not move at all after the sun has been up. Need to use the control to move the tracker a little in any direction, east, west, south or north then reset. In addition, the pictures in the document should have the orientation of the tracker, west, east, south, or north to avoid confusion in building the tracker.

my initiation to solar power
This package helped me to be initiated on the solar power world. But be careful, this system will require an additional 12v supply for the controller, which I solved buying a 20w panel, a battery controller, a 8ah lifepo4 battery and a waterproof case. The rails and the base got rusty, also I had to buy another pair of rails to upgrade to 8 panels instead of the 6 included, but same dimensions were difficult to find so I had to order the $120 ecoworthy ground mounts and take the rails from there. Originally, I was going to use those cheap grid tie inverters, but it is not allowed by electrical company, only expensive models and a bureaucratic approval process. So, I finally invested on an off grid inverter, and a 48v battery, which basically is able to automatically switch to grid if no sun or enough battery. By the way, EW customer support is great, 2 panels arrived broken so they sent me replacements very quickly.

It has Infared remote functionality already!
I previously asked if these tracker units had a remote accessory option that I could buy. The manufacturer responded and said NO, but thanks for the idea and we'll try and implement that into future models, or something to that affect. So I bought a control unit and remote from ebay thinking I would just change the whole control unit to make it wifi with remote. We'll, I received the ebay item and the remote from the kit works perfectly on my ecoworthy tracker. I didn't have to do a thing to make it work. The first picture is of my original control unit.om my ecoworthy tracker and it has an infrared receiver already in it. Second Pic is of the remote from the kit I purchased on ebay and I only needed to put batteries in it to make it control my tracker.
