Duck Slim Jims
It's like a slim jim with a softer interior that is composed of duck. It really doesn't taste as far away from a normal beef stick as you would expect, maybe a touch sweeter and the consistency is different. I liked it, but I was really hoping it would stand out more from a "normal" beef stick.

This maple duck jerky is amazingly good. I ate in from a sampler pack of Buffalo bob's exotic jerky and this was by far the best, which is why I am looking for the all maple duck pack. Flavorful and great texture. Delicious!
