My house is 80 years old so the galley-style kitchen was in need of another face-lift. My husband and I thought a ceiling fan would be worth a try in this space and bought this on a Prime Day on sale. It was this, or a standard, cheap one from a big-box store.For $100 it exceeds my expectations!1. Installation was easy as long as you have the appropriate mount/screws (consider that it easily replaced a standard, flush-mount ceiling fixture from the 40s)2. The Tuya app is intuitive and the directions were decent (if you are not tech-savvy, have someone on-hand)3. Works relatively seemlessly with Alexa (some features are only available in the Tuya Smart app - not a deal-breaker for me)4. The light itself is large in diameter and quite bright on soft white at 100% (also adjustable - kids love the many color changing options)5. The caged fan is small but quiet and works well for a small kitchen. It even has a few features available too.6. The overall design has a modern, sleek, simple clean vibe.I am somewhat concerned about how long the product will last, as it will be used regularly and the quality is on par with a $100 plastic ceiling fan, but I have experienced no issues thus far so I'll update my review if and when problems arise.Also, we have a pet bird and I am a little worried that the caged fan has no barrier, but we clip his wings so it's a risk I am willing to take considering the other, more immediate dangers present in a kitchen.Again, bear in mind that my kitchen is small (we're talking 8x12). If you're shopping for a larger space, move on.If you're like me and live in an 80 year old house in need of small upgrades on a small budget, go for it! I think you'll be as pleased as we are.

Light weight, easy to install. Modern look that does its job without distracting from kitchen. My wife wants same light installed in our bedroom. Wide range of lighting options. Fan nice and quiet.

My kid loves her new ceiling fan/light. It was easy to install, I like that the blades are internal so I don’t have to worry about my kid trying to swing from the blades from the top bunk bed. The colors are vibrant, the light is bright, it’s easy for my 9 yo to use. Good value.

The size of this fan fits my small bedroom well, and basic control of the white light and the fan speed work smoothly with the Google Assistant. My only gripes are with the color functions. They can't be controlled via voice & the closest I can get to red is pink or orange regardless of if I'm using the Tuya app or the Google Home app. Regardless it does meet the main things I wanted from the device without being outrageous in price.

We love this fan/light. Our kitchen gets very hot when I cook. We have a low ceiling and this fan works perfect and it cools so well. The fan is so quiet you have to look to see if it is on. It has 6 levels but most of the time we run it on 1 to 2 level. The light is very bright when needed or a very soft level. The remote is very easy to use. We highly recommend this light/fan.

I bought this as a test run to see if I would be getting two more of these. It was pretty exciting initially but it would be worth it to sturdy up the mounting plate and to double check that there aren’t parts keeping the fan out of level and noisy. I wasn’t able to use it until I got a day off to troubleshoot the problem with the loud noise and being out of balance (balancing it didn’t work). It turns out that it was a piece just at the base of the downrod on the inside of the housing that had slipped out and was hitting every peg as the fan spun. Maybe also the lighting on the music option could be a little more nuanced. Listening to classical piano music becomes a seizure causing rave when in the music option. Otherwise I can’t complain but I also can’t give a full 5 stars because of these things. It is light and does give a good output of cool breezy air flow. And how bright the front light is, is a huge plus. So realistically I might be apt to purchase a couple more in the future.

This is a small plastic fan for a small room. I know plastic sounds terrible, but it’s not. Because it’s light weight no special bracing was needed, easily replaced a ceiling fixture. It’s a clean design. Several speeds and lighting options available on the remote. It’s quiet in lower speeds, higher speeds more like white noise. I recommend for similar situations.

No complaints - the mounting bracket went up really easy, has plenty of room to get wires through. It's super light so it wasn't hard to handle by myself, the support wire was a godsend. Wife liked it so much she wanted me to buy a second one for her office.
